Rose Garden Records keeps this simple. We don't sell your data, we don't use it to advertise to you, and we collect as little as possible.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand roughly how many people visit and which pages they read. It sets cookies in your browser and gives your device a randomly generated identifier, so that a few visits from you get counted as one person rather than several. That information is processed by Google under Google's privacy policy.

We only ever look at it in aggregate — page views, rough visitor counts, which links get clicked. We don't use it to advertise to you and we don't sell it. If you'd rather not be counted, you can block cookies for this site in your browser, use a tracker-blocking extension, or install Google's opt-out add-on.

Embedded content

Some pages embed players and widgets from other services — Spotify, YouTube, and our live-dates providers (Seated and Bandsintown). When those load, the third party may set its own cookies or log the request under its own privacy policy, exactly as if you'd visited it directly. We only load them so you can hear the music and see the shows.

Forms

If you use our contact form or sign up for the newsletter, the details you enter (name, email, message) are sent to us so we can reply or keep you posted. We use them only for that. The store and any purchases are handled entirely by our merch partner under their own terms.
